Watched The Buddy Holly Story today. Triggers a strong feeling of nostalgia for Rock 'n Roll music, though I don't belong to that era. Shot in 1978, portrays the life story of rock musician, Buddy Holly, who died at age 22.
Gary Busey is good! He actually performs live for every song in the film! He deserves an Oscar!

CBLC 2006
I'm back for a week and life started getting busy. Thesis is a big headache and there are many stuffs to settle for CBLC's new batch of members.
Guess I'm gonna update on my Shanghai internship another time, along with my Beijing and Hangzhou trip. Hard to post everything in one entry.
Internship is definitely meaningful and I'll never forget the people who shaped a part of my life there.

It was an unforgetable two and half months.

Leaving for Shanghai in a few hours' time.. Will be going there for internship @ Jones Lang Lasalle for 2 months +.. Guess it'll be a good experience and something different to expose myself to...
I don't like airports, especially the departure hall.. Somehow, departure hall is a sad place for many people.. it's sad for people whose loved ones are leaving, sad for people who never expected things to change once they enter that gate..
Most frenz I came across, told me that lives were different once they entered that gate (be it better or worse). Though this trip is a short 2 & half months, somehow, I hope that life will be different for me too. I bring along a positive mindset, hoping not only to seek enlightenment in certain issues in my life, but also to be a stronger person than before.
Meanwhile, there won't be any posts till August beacuse China blocks blogs. I'll update once I'm back. Say hi when u see me online =)
